"Im a masters mountain bike racer. Ive had some success racing, including winning the 2005 US National Mountain Bike Series Championship and California State Championship. I owe Karel a great deal. Ive trained with him on and off for several years, and seek his advice on a regular basis on issues involving strength and endurance training, nutrition and other performance and wellness issues. Karel is exceptionally talented in observing strength and weaknesses, and designing programs to minimize weakness and maximize strengths. He has designed programs for me that, simply put, force me to improve. He has the ability to translate individual goals into a proactive program to systematically move you forward and, over time, achieve them. His one-on-one efforts with me allowed me to learn to do things the right and most efficient way. Id trained on my own for years and was amazed at the differences hes made in the way I do things. Ill be able to use what hes taught me for the rest of my life. Karel is also working with me to improve my life beyond bike racing. Hes done a lot to help me be a faster and stronger mountain bike racer, but he also wants me to be healthy and strong in my non racing life. He pushes me to achieve my best in bike racing but also provides training to minimize the negative results such aggressive specialize training can have on my body. I truly believe he has had a big positive effect on my racing success and look to him to keep me strong and healthy as I get older. Ive been through two bouts of prostate cancer and surgery; and when the cancer came back, radiation and hormone treatment. I looked to Karel to help get me through each of these, by maximizing my ability to stay strong and focused. His expert knowledge in training and conditioning helped me minimize the negative impacts of cancer treatment. If youre looking for someone who is exceptionally competent to take a personal interest in your performance goals, irrespective what they might be, Karels the one!" Bob Blatner |

Karel
is a Master in his profession as a Professional Fitness Trainer. He is
a very caring and passionate man. He designs fitness programs to match
your well being. He is not just a generic trainer. He practices what he
preaches. I have been working with Karel on and off for about 5 years.
His energy to keep me motivated with diet and exercise is absolutely endless!
He makes sure that I, as well as my husband and 2 girls, stay on the right
track. The track of well being. He is constantly growing in his knowledge
of keeping the mind and body in balance, and shares it with us constantly.
Being around Karel with his energy, pride and professionalism is truly
invigorating. I look forward to working out with him all the time. I am
not one that has ever liked going to a gym. Working out with Karel, I
feel priviledged that he cares enough and takes the time to train me one-on-one
with a program that is specifically fit for me. Not only is he our trainer,
he is our friend for life and we feel truly blessed to know him. He gives
from his heart, his soul. He is genuine and real in everyway. You don't
find many people like Karel in the world we live in today. At age 54,
I am in the best physical shape I have ever been in and when I reach Karel's
age, with his training and inspiration I want to look and feel as good
as Karel! |

"Six
months after having knee surgery for a tear in my medial meniscus, my
knee was functioning at about twenty five percent of normal. As an avid
weight trainer and runner, this was not acceptable to me. Karel's knowledge
of anatomy and nutrition, along with his unique targeted training approach
(reducing shear on the joints) he was able to bring my knee back to full
capacity in four months. At age 44, and with two very young children,
I have a long road ahead of me filled with lot's of vigorous activity.
Karel's methodology will be a part of the rest of my life, and I would
highly recommend it as a part of yours as well..." |

| "A
Professional Fitness Trainer's 3 P's: Pride, Professionalism & Purpose" As a Middle School Teacher and a Professional Fitness Trainer, I must continually educate as well as motivate others. I truly discovered my passion in my heart at a young age in the year 2000, while traveling abroad in Asia. When I met Karel Nunnink in the year 2002, he harnessed this raw energy and helped me infuse this power into my soul as well. Karel's passion for the wellness of others and his daily pursuit of exercise, bio-mechanics, and the mind/body relationship was evident from the beginning. I then established the 3 P's of Personal Training based on the example set by Karel Nunnink. Karel's own pride, humility, and professionalism as a Professional Fitness Trainer was truly contagious to everybody around us. Today, I do what I love as a Professional Fitness Trainer. I am constantly practicing and preaching the three P's which inspire me to make a a life-changing impact on people's lives. Karel was a vital part of my self-discovery, which has enabled me to naturally motivate people all around me on a daily basis. I am confident Karel Nunnink will unleash and harness the infinite power within your mind and body today... Gregory D. Jacques grabtheglow@yahoo.com In-Home Professional Fitness Trainer |

"I have known Karel for almost 2 years now. A friend of mine suggested that I talk to him. I was having a difficult time losing weight at age 60 and was unable to keep up with my 4-year-old grandson. I have never been a gym joiner so I thought he sounded less threatening. I thought I could talk to him and see what happens. Karel accepted me and made me feel like I could do anything from the first day I met him. I am amazed now that I have more strength and energy than I ever thought was possible. Working with Karel has given me a new perspective on myself. I have lost weight and am able to do more physically than I ever anticipated. I have more energy than I did at age 40. His method of training through building self-confidence is empowering. We started out with exercises, which gradually increased my strength and fitness. I am now able to keep up with my 3 grandsons. I look forward to additional training and being more active. Yes being able to go up and down the hills is definitely more fun. I thank Karel and all that he has done with me." Jeanne
